It's free, as-is.

No subscription, no account. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or availability. The extension can break, be paused, or be retired at any time.

Public records can be wrong.

Everything we show comes from city and state open data. Those sources contain errors, duplicates, and incomplete information. Don't make a housing decision based only on what StreetLeaky shows — read the underlying records, ask the landlord, and trust your own judgment.

Don't abuse the service.

Personal use only. No reselling, no scraping, no bulk crawling, no using StreetLeaky to harass anyone named in a record.
