Short version: we don't track you. No analytics, no fingerprinting, no cookies, no accounts.

What leaves your browser.

When you open a StreetEasy listing, the extension sends one thing to our server: the address of that listing. We use it to look up public city records for that building and send the results back.

What we store.

We cache the public-records lookup keyed by address, so the next person viewing the same building gets a fast response. That cache is not tied to you.

For abuse prevention, our edge server counts requests per IP for a short rolling window (currently one minute) to enforce a rate limit. Those counters are not used for anything else and are not retained.

What we don't do.

• No analytics — no Google Analytics, no Plausible, nothing.
• No user accounts, sign-in, or profile.
• No cookies set by the extension.
• No third-party trackers or ad networks.
• No selling, sharing, or licensing of any data about you.

This website is static HTML on Cloudflare Pages. No analytics here either. Cloudflare may collect standard request logs (IP, user agent, URL) for security and abuse handling — see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

The extension is open source — if any of the above sounds off, you can read the code and verify it yourself.
